I am an award-winning news and feature writer for national newspapers and online with over a decade of experience in the industry.
I worked at The Daily Mail for seven years where I travelled the world, from the Caribbean to Dubai, covering breaking stories as a news reporter.
I’ve reported from the deadly 2013 Moore Tornado in Oklahoma and covered Royal stories from Singapore and the French Alps.
I covered the London 2012 Olympics for The Daily Mail, obtaining exclusive interviews with athletes and their families.
I’ve covered tragic news events everywhere from the Caribbean to Dubai and showbiz stories from Los Angeles to Mexico.
I secured the first exclusive interviews with the ‘Peru Two’, two young Britons arrested for drugs trafficking in Lima.
More recently, I’ve worked as the paper’s business and property correspondent and as its personal finance correspondent where I regularly broke front page stories.
In these roles, I also wrote in-depth investigative pieces as well as light-hearted consumer features.
I previously won Reporter of the Year at the O2 Media Awards for Yorkshire and the Humber, where judges said I would be ‘an asset to any newspaper’.
